Homework
Please be sure to bring your supplies for social studies class by Tuesday, September 7th. You will need to bring the following items to class daily:
- One Subject Spiral Notebook
- A Two-Pocket Folder
- A pack of colored pencils and a hand held sharpener
- Agenda Book
- A pen/pencil
- Covered Textbook (once it is passed out)
Monday:
Tuesday: Wednesday: Please share your class Newsletter with your parent/guardian and ask them for a signature. Also, complete your "All About ME" assignment. Both are due on Friday.
Thursday: Please share your class Newsletter with your parent/guardian and ask them for a signature. Also, complete your "All About ME" assignment. Both are due on Friday.
Friday: Culture Boxes are now due on Wednesday (don't forget that it is a long weekend!). This means everyone gets a one day extension. Use your Culture Notes to help you think of items to put into your box. Successful Culture boxes will include the following:
- 5-7 Items
- Items will be from different categories (refer to your culture notes) and not all the same type of items (i.e. not 5 photographs)
- Please do NOT include anything valuable (or keep on your person)
- Practice with your family, a friend, in front of the mirror
- Remember, to tell what each item is and why you choose to include it.
- Bonus points if your culture box/container also holds special meaning for you!
Also, please bring all supplies for Tuesday (see list above)!!!
