INs will be collected and graded within the next two weeks. Students who are missing pages (from the Egypt Bookmark to p. 77 IN) should stay after to make them up asap.
Social Studies
Monday: Finish #9: Dark Ages and City States for tomorrow. Also, #7: Trojan War Illustrations should include color. Tuesday is the last day to bring in a school appropriate song on a CD for extra credit.
Tuesday: no new homework.
Wednesday: no new homework.
Thursday: no new homework.
Friday: 1. p. 76 IN: Pictowords: Monarchy, Oligarchy, Tyranny, Democracy. Using the "Vote" examples I showed you in class, create four "pictowords" or "word arts" to show you understand each of the four types of government we have been studying. Think back to our music lesson and use your Reading Notes 26 (#11 FOLDER) to help. 2. Also, start studying for your Greece Map Quiz, use your Greece Map Packet (#8 FOLDER).
Academic Enhancement
Please get one pack of sticky notes (post-its) to use in class we will truly use them next week (week of 3/8!).
Finish Timeline Summary for Homework if absent on Friday 2/26. Due ASAP!
